Fun Fitness in Care Homes have been providing weekly exercise therapy sessions to elderly and assisted living care homes since September 2021. The sessions are fun, relaxed and  motivating. Participants who attend regularly, benefit from multiple physical improvements including mobility and flexibility.

What?

A fun exercise therapy sessions, either standing or sitting on chairs. Tailored to elderly participants, including a 10 minutes calming focused introduction to participants with dementia.

When?

Weekly 45 minutes group sessions, or 25 minutes 1:1 if booked in advance.

Where?

Fun Fitness in Care Homes travels to your location. Our trainers can visit your facility and adapt to any environment. They come fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy the sessions.
